The Brain Health Toolkit empowers you to understand and support your brain health as you get older. Use the Toolkit to:
- Understand changes in memory and thinking
- Learn how to make the most of your time with your doctor
- Take steps to keep your brain healthy
The Brain Health Toolkit is for all people ages 55 years and older. It’s also helpful for friends and family members who want to support older people they know.
The Toolkit was designed by a team of experts at the University of California, San Francisco and the University of Southern California. It is funded by the California Department of Public Health.
