Applications to Sponsor the Fair are Now Open!

Your company, agency, or organization can be a sponsor of the Marin Senior Fair. Three levels of sponsorship are available: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Please see the sponsorship benefits below.

To get on our mailing list to receive notifications about Sponsoring, Exhibiting, or Advertising, complete our Contact Us form and check the "Exhibiting, Sponsoring & Advertising information" box.

If your organization has goods or services of value to the Marin Senior Fair, we will consider in-kind donations for a Sponsorship level.

IMPORTANT: You must sign up by July 18 to be included on the Fair Flyer and advertising materials, and by August 8 to be included on the printed Fair Program and onsite Fair signage. See Dates and Deadlines.

Diamond Sponsor - $10,000

Diamond Sponsor is our most prestigious level of sponsorship. Diamond Sponsors receives the highest level of exposure at and before the Fair. The Diamond Sponsor gets first choice of booth location at the Fair and is featured most prominently on all Fair signage, advertising, program, and website.

Diamond Sponsorship includes:

• Three free exhibit booths in your preferred location.
• Banner ad (800px by 120px) immediately below the top banner of all website pages.
• Logo (300px by 200px) and organization description (100 words) on Our Sponsors page.
• Custom banner or sign on the main stage, in the food court, or other location.
• Organization logo and name prominently displayed on the Fair Flyer (full-color print flyers publicly posted throughout Marin).
• Organization logo and name prominently displayed on the cover of the Fair Program (print distribution in Marin IJ ~20,000 households and handed to ~2,000 Fair attendees).
• Organization logo and name prominently displayed on all Fair Signage (except street signs and banners).
• Organization logo and name prominently displayed on all Bulk Emails.
• Organization logo on all Newspaper Ads promoting the Fair.
• Custom printed 2'x8' printed banner, hung overhead at the Fair.
• Award of Appreciation presented at Fair Awards Ceremony.
• Large article (300 words) with logo in the Fair Program.

Platinum Sponsor - $5,000

Your organization's Platinum sponsorship provides the following benefits:

• Two free exhibit booths.
• Rotating logo (300px by 200px) at the top of the sidebar of all website pages.
• Logo (300px by 200px) and organization description (75 words) on Our Sponsors page.
• Organization logo at bottom of the Fair Flyer (full-color print flyers publicly posted throughout Marin).
• Organization logo at bottom of the Fair Program (print distribution in Marin IJ ~20,000 households and handed to ~2,000 Fair attendees).
• Organization logo at bottom of all Fair Signage (except street signs and banners).
• Organization logo at bottom of all Bulk Emails.
• Custom printed 2'x6' printed banner, hung overhead at the Fair.
• Award of Appreciation presented at Fair Awards Ceremony.
• Small article (150 words) in the Fair Program.

Gold Sponsor - $2,500

Your organization's Gold sponsorship provides the following benefits:

• One free exhibit booth.
• Logo (150px by 100px) in the Gold Sponsors footer of all website pages.
• Logo (150px by 100px) on Our Sponsors page.
• Organization name at bottom of the Fair Flyer (full-color print flyers publicly posted throughout Marin).
• Organization name at bottom of the Fair Program
  (print distribution in Marin IJ ~20,000 households and handed to ~2,000 Fair attendees).
• Organization name at bottom of all Fair Signage (except street signs and banners).
• Organization name at bottom of all Bulk Emails.
• Award of Appreciation presented at Fair Awards Ceremony.
