Exhibit Space Rental Rates
Exhibit spaces are of two types: Booths and Tabletops. All exhibit spaces in the Main Exhibit Hall pay the Booth rate. Exhibit spaces outside the Main Exhibit Hall pay the Tabletop rate. See Exhibit Spaces for more information.

Exhibitor applications close when all exhibit space is sold.
Apply Early - Exhibit space sells out quickly.

Exhibit Space Assignments
All exhibit location assignments prior to the early deadline of June 30 are tentative. After the June 30, permanent locations are assigned in the priority order describe below. All exhibit space applications received after June 30 are assigned locations in the order they are received.
- Sponsors who sign up by May 31 have first choice of exhibit location in order of sponsorship level and the order that applications were received. Sponsorship priority is: Diamond Sponsors, then Platinum Sponsors, then Gold Sponsors.
- Previous Exhibitors have next choice of exhibit location. Previous Exhibitors who apply by April 30 and choose their previous year's booth location are assigned that location if it is not requested by a Sponsor. If first location is not available, then they will get their next location choice in the order that applications where received.
- New exhibitors applying for exhibit space are given their choice in the order that applications are received.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment for your exhibit space and advertising must be made by credit card.
Exhibit space cancellations are refunded only if we find a replacement exhibitor for your space. A $50 cancellation charge is deducted from all exhibit space cancellations. Exhibitors who do not check in at the Exhibit Hall by 4:00 pm on setup day will forfeit their exhibit space and exhibit space payment.
