Come join LITA as we celebrate our 50th year of connecting volunteers to Marin's isolated and lonely older adults. We are always looking for folks who want to change someone's life by sharing an hour a week. LITA was built on the belief that love and companionship are essential to well-being. For fifty years we've brought warmth, connection, a sense of community, and sometimes a dog or a guitar to Marin's older adults, ensuring that they feel seen, heard and valued. Come visit us in Booth #166 to learn about Volunteer Opportunities, or to complete a Client application for someone that you think would like a visitor. Clients can live in congregate living, Assisted Living, skilled nursing facilities, or in their own home. All of LITA's services are free. Our programs include one-to-one visitors, Pet Connection, Bridging Thru Music, and Bridging Generations. Hope you stop by!
