Good Dragon TSD offers martial arts and ki gong classes for adults and seniors in person in Novato and on Zoom. Our senior martial arts program uses adapted martial arts techniques to help improve balance, mobility and cognitive function. Techniques are adjusted to the individual students' ability level. Our adult martial arts classes teach traditional Tang Soo Do martial arts and are open to adults of any age interested in improving their fitness, mobility and balance in a supportive and encouraging environment. Good Dragon TSD is organized as a non profit, so our classes can be offered free of charge.
