We are a licensed, full service, professional Home Care Organization (HCO). Our mission is to provide premium, non-medical homecare and living assistance services to individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, we work in collaboration with acute care providers to reduce patient readmissions and improve patient outcomes. We have served since 2001, we understand the stress and anxiety that can arise when a family member or loved one is in need of additional care, assistance, or companionship. For this reason, we believe in the importance of communicating with clients and their families to ensure each person is receiving the personalized and attentive care that fits their needs.
• Provide quality and reliable care in our client’s homes and minimize the impact of an illness or disability while maximizing independence and restoring,
maintaining and promoting health
• Facilitate a collaborative communication process between the client, family, medical professionals, and caregiving staff
• Respond efficiently to our client’s immediate needs including hospital and facility discharges, respite care, and emergency coverage
• We are able to help not only private pay clients, but also those on Medi-Cal
With respect to providing service toward these goals, our staff of screened, bonded, insured and experienced caregivers are available to provide part-time or full-time care. For any last-minute assistance, our management staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to coordinate emergency situations or special arrangements.
