Visit our booths to learn about our care services which include our private caregiver registry, Alzheimer's and dementia support , Veterans Support , IHSS in home care navigation assistance and nursing home transitional services. Our home modification services include the no cost Dignity at Home Fall Prevention Program and more. We also can help you acquire C-PAP machines, powered medical equipment, and other assistive devices . Are you disabled and concerned about your safety in a disaster? We provide disaster assessment services and free backup batteries to qualified individuals through our Powered and Prepared program. We look forward to meeting you today!
