The San Rafael Goldenaires is a nonprofit social organization that provides its members opportunities to participate in a variety of activities including, classes, monthly themed luncheons, ballroom dances, workshops, bingo, trips and more. Classes include watercolor painting, acrylic painting, bridge, mahjong, dominoes, crafts, and woodworking. Trips include both day trips and occasional overnights. The Goldenaires also host special events such as an annual Craft Fair, a summer jazz dance, quarterly Monday Night Bingo with dinner and more. Membership is open to those 62 and older.
